Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Unused products may be eligible for return after review. Products that have been deployed, contaminated, modified, or damaged through misuse may not be returnable.

Manufacturing defects are handled through warranty support. Normal field wear, contamination, and damage from improper use are reviewed case by case.
